A school club, a promising idea, and the zombie apocalypse. In this volume, the School Living club goes on their first field trip off school grounds together. We also get some background on a new character, Miki, who has been living in the zombie-infested mall.
As with the first volume, there are plenty of flashbacks to fill in the gaps about the zombie outbreak. It was interesting to see how things played out beyond the school.
Nice illustrations. Some fan service throughout, but I do enjoy the humor.
Definitely all-in on this universe. After reading the first volume, I watched the anime, the live-action movie adaptation, and the live-action spin-off show. It’s been interesting to see how they all differ.
Looking forward to reading the next volume.
