A heartfelt story of a family’s love shared in a big house filled with memories. Told by the eldest daughter, the story follows the children from adoption to adulthood, depicting moments from dance parties to grandparent visits, new pets to Halloween adventures, tea parties to block parties.
Such an adorable story. It was fun reading about the different family memories.
Sweet artwork. The art style isn’t my favorite, but I enjoyed seeing all the family’s adventures and the joy they shared together.
The story doesn’t shy away from the discrimination the family faces, but also shows the overwhelming support of caring neighbors, family, and friends.
A delightful read with beautiful themes of family, joy, acceptance, support, and love.
