A sweet story about love, happiness, belonging, and connection with a fascinating cast of characters.
Ruby the barista at the local coffee shop may seem a little strange. That’s because she’s actually a super-genius humanoid created in a lab to solve problems. After escaping the lab, she tries her best to solve the customers’ problems, making her consider hard questions about happiness and love. She enjoys interacting with her coworkers and their strange collection of customers, but the scientists at the lab are still searching for her and they’ll do anything to bring her in.
An adorable story. I absolutely loved the characters. I honestly could read a whole series about their odd interactions. And Ruby and Mira are just too sweet.
Fantastic artwork with great character designs. The illustrations bring so much character to the cast.
I really enjoyed this one. A great combo of light sci-fi, philosophical questions, found family, coffee, and crushes.
