This was hilarious and so much fun to read. Through humor the book challenges and undermines masculinity and calls into question why the biggest insult to men is being compared to women.

Some of my favorites were the ones that use reverse psychology to get a man to do something (“‘You look like you’d be a slow runner.’ Say this to a man when you want him to leave at his greatest possible speed.”) and that downplay the seriousness of “masculine” interests (“‘Oh, so it’s like Kohl’s Cash?’ Say this when a man tries to explain crypto to you.”).

Honestly, this was a nice little pick-me-up read.

A short read that’s good for a laugh while also questioning the patriarchy, the male ego, and the role of anger in men’s lives.
