Another fantastic volume. In this one, we get the epic conclusion of “Airsoft of the Dead”, take a trip with Kencho to check in on his family in the area, and set out to catch a blue marlin.
A great mix of action, humor, and some heartfelt moments. It was really nice to see a different side of Kencho in this one. Don’t get me wrong, he’s still naked in most of the other adventures in this volume, but it was sweet to learn more about his family life in “Grandpa of the Dead”.
Also includes a nice bit of science as Tsuru continues to work on a vaccine for the zombie virus, which was interesting.
Nice artwork. Some swimsuit shots, but nothing too crazy in terms of fan service.
This is such a fun series. Can’t wait to continue on this adventure.
