Another gorgeous, adorable, and hilarious volume. Delightfully fun.
All the pieces established in the previous volume converge in one very eventful day. From Frederick’s attempts to ask Gwen to the gala to Nell’s deadly prophecy to Prez’s reunion with an unexpected visitor from her past. Plenty of twists and turns with humor all the way.
The artwork is so lovely. A wonderful fairy tale word with a great balance of humor and darkness.
Loved to see a bit more of Gwen’s sisters’ plotlines in this volume. Great themes of learning to love yourself, open communication, allowing yourself to feel your feelings, owning up to your mistakes, and forgiveness.
This whole series is just so fantastic and wonderful. Impatiently awaiting the next volume.
