This volume was such a mixed bag. We wrap up the pilgrimage through Shikoku with some villainous interference, which was well-paced and interesting. Then the crew stumbles across a yacht filed with horny survivors and it goes exactly the way you’d expect.
The second half of the book was so boring. Definitely just an excuse for gratuitous fan service. The plot is very predictable and I didn’t find it very interesting.
Art is fine. There is just so much fan service.
Okay volume. Disappointment because I really enjoyed the pilgrimage storyline but could have done without the entire second half of the book. Hoping the next volume is better and we can get back to some cool adventures. At least the gang was able to cross “Party on a luxury cruise ship” off the Bucket List.
