A The Pout-Pout Fish-style story featuring a grumpy bison. Buffalo Fluffalo wants to be alone. The other animals offer him gifts and ask him to spend time with them, but all they get back is a gruff rebuke.
A cute book with nice messages of being kind to others, accepting everyone, and not letting your insecurities get the best of you. Nice representation of how the fear of rejection can make you feel like you have to reject others first.
The illustrations are gorgeous. I loved how the characters’ personalities came through in the visuals.
Fun read aloud with a nice rhythm and silly rhymes.
