A fun read that blends cats, vehicles, and humor.
Follow a crew of colorful cats as they build the perfect cat lounge complete with nap nooks, scratching posts, perches, and hidey-holes. But uh-oh, looks like some rats are trying to help. Instead, they cause a big mess. Can the team band together to fix the project?
Humorous, engaging, and fun. This was a surprisingly sweet story. Nice themes of fixing mistakes and working together.
Incorporates colors, rhyme, and construction vehicles. Simple text makes for a great read aloud as well as an early reader for those starting to read.
Adorable illustrations. Simple style but with plenty of nice details. I also loved the blueprints on the endpapers. And be sure to lookout for the mischievous rats on each page.
I definitely picked this up because of the cute cats but it was actually very entertaining and sweet. What a fun read!
