A fantastic follow-up to Eyes that Kiss in the Corners (read my full review here). Joanna Ho and Dung Ho team up once again to create a lyrical story with gorgeous artwork on every page.

This book celebrates the power of one’s eyes and their connection to family. Wonderful themes of love, looking to the future, learning about the past, and creating your own destiny. While Eyes that Kiss in the Corners focused on mother-daughter, grandmother-granddaughter, and sister relationships, this one focuses on father-son, grandfather-grandson- and brother relationships.

A wonderful story with the poetry and beauty characteristic of this duo. A lovely celebration of features and one’s power to choose one’s path in life.
