A magical story perfect for bedtime. The sky is dark and it’s time for bed, but a child is having a hard time finding good dreams. So, they call upon the Good Dream Dragon. Join the pair on a magical adventure to another galaxy in the pursuit of good dreams.
Beautiful, rich illustrations. They are pure magic. While the story is simple, the illustrations really brought the world to life. The ending is very sweet with the child realizing their own bravery and their role in finding their good dreams. Great balance of support and independence.
Also, loved the they/them pronoun usage by the unnamed child.
A great book for bedtime that can easily be worked into the routine. Kids can call upon the Good Dream Dragon to find their own good dreams each night.
