A fantastic tie-in for fans of Gravity Falls. Such a fun read filled with mystery, adventure, and oddity.
This replica of Journal 3 is packed with information about the original author’s research as well as the continued adventures of the Gravity Falls gang as featured in the show. Complete with full illustrations and a nice mix of pages featured in the show and all-new entries.
I recommend reading after watching the entirety of the show. It touches on events that occur throughout (including the ending) and many references will make more sense after having seen the corresponding episode.
There are also a ton of cyphers in the book, which are really fun to decode. If you don’t want to decode them yourself or need a little help, you can look at the Gravity Falls Fandom page.
All around this is a detailed and fun book. Even the physicality of the book itself is cool. The back of the jacket doubles as a poster and it includes an attached ribbon placeholder. A perfect companion piece for those who love the show. This is such an awesome book.
