Loved this fresh spin on The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. Featuring a science-driven Crane, a reluctant Van Tassel, and their prank-loving classmate, Croc, the trio must band together to navigate the legend of their small town. Nice humor and adventure with a bit of mystery tied in. There’s also a sweet romantic element without all the drama, which I especially appreciate.
I really enjoyed how this reimagining takes elements from the original story and twists them around to make it something entirely new. And I have to say, this is probably my favorite iteration of the Headless Horseman character.
A wonderful read for those who enjoy modern reimaginings of classics. I especially loved the queer elements and inclusivity of this version.
