A fantastic cozy fantasy filled with coffee, cats, and just enough danger to keep things interesting. This was such a sweet story.
I loved going along for the ride on this low stakes, slice of life adventure. It was so satisfying to see all the pieces come together as Viv builds her dream with the help of a supportive found family.
A wonderful cast of characters, a fairly low stakes plot, and a setting that’s perfect for those who love coffee, sweet treats, and good books.
Baldree reads the audiobook himself and I highly recommend listening to it. He really brings all of his characters to life.
Such a great read. Perfect for those looking to relax a bit after their own trials and tribulations. I cannot wait for the next book.
