An adorable little story about making new friends and being brave enough to be yourself.
Little Ghost and his mother have been haunting their home for hundreds of years, but in all that time Little Ghost hasn’t made a single friend. He’s nervous he’ll scare everyone away. But when a new family moves into the neighborhood, Little Ghost doesn’t want to be afraid anymore. He sets out to try something new and make a new friend.
Such a sweet book. I adored the story. Wonderful themes of being yourself, trying new things, bravery, and talking to new people.
Lovely artwork. I loved the cozy feel and especially all the ghostly details of Little Ghost’s home. The interplay between the text and visuals was great and the text boxes really brought it all together.
A perfect read for autumn and Halloween, but its sweet themes of friendship and trying new things are great all year long.
This was absolutely adorable. I am so excited to learn this is a series. I really enjoy Little Ghost and his new friend and am looking forward to reading more of their adventures together.
