A funny book told from the perspective of Lord Garmadon. Petranek perfectly captures Garmadon’s wit, arrogance, and cluelessness, making for an entertaining read.

This is basically a set-up to the story from the movie. Nothing much happens in the book itself, it just sets the stage for Garmadon and Lloyd. Still, it was told in an interesting way, which made it entertaining.

The pictures were okay. They were just stills of scenes from the movie so some of them are kind of blurry.

A good book for fans of the Lego Ninjago Movie.
