A cute My Little Pony book.
This book is a Passport to Reading Level 1, which uses simple sentences and sight words to aid young readers.
Like many Level 1 books, this one does not have a plot, but it rather an overview of a topic, in this case, the unicorns of My Little Pony. I liked that the ponies included weren’t all part of the Mane Six. Trixie, Sweetie Belle, and even Tempest Shadow all make an appearance. Nice variety of unicorn characters.
The pictures are taken directly from the show, but they are good quality and do not appear blurry like many books that use this technique.
Overall, a cute book for fans of the show. Still an entertaining read even though it doesn’t have a story.
