A great continuation of the series. This volume coincides with episodes 6-8 of the anime. In this one, we see Rimuru continue to develop the town and come across some new companions who may make things more complicated for him.
As always, love the combination of adventure and humor. Great art style with plenty of fight scenes.
One of my favorite aspects on the manga is the bonus stories from Veldora’s point of view. It’s really interesting to get his perspective and explanations of what’s happening with Rimuru. At the back are a few short comics and explanations of some of the references.
Despite it’s chunky size, this is a pretty quick read because of the nice pacing and interesting characters.
