The more I read this series, the more I love it. Each book is my new favorite.

As with the second book, this is a fast-paced adventure book filled with mystery and suspense (as well as snarky Jasper <3 ). I find Call less annoying as the series goes on as well. In the first book, I couldn’t stand him, but he has grown on me and I really like all of the weird character conflicts going on.

There is a bit of a love triangle in this one, which I am never a fan of, but there are so many other things going on in the story, that it is easy to overlook it. It’s a pretty minor element of the story.

I am so disappointed that my library does not have the fourth book in audiobook format yet as I have been listening to this series while driving for work. But I will definitely read the physical book at some point soon. After all, that ending…
