An adorably sweet, cozy little adventure.
The Skeleton has a wonderful life tending her garden, drinking tea, and enjoying her alone time. Then one day, a black cat shows up and asks to be friends. The Skeleton isn’t so sure, but the Cat is quite convincing. Join them on their day-to-day adventures as they get to know each other and their friendship grows.
This was so cute. The book is broken down into short scenes (3-6 pages each) that tell stories of the Skeleton and the Cat’s first meeting, making sandwiches, gardening, picking a book to read, and looking at the stars.
Loved the illustrations. Soft and humorous. They perfectly match the tone of this endearing story.
Beautiful. A lovely blend of spooky, cozy, and cute. This was such a wonderful read.
