A goofy little story about a boy and his ugly snowsuit.
When Thomas’ mother buys him a new snowsuit, he refuses to wear it. It is just too ugly. His mother gets him into the snowsuit and sends him off to school. But at recess, Thomas again refuses to wear the snowsuit. Hilarity ensures as his teacher and principal struggle to get Thomas to put on the snowsuit.
Such a simple, yet hilarious, story. The illustrations are silly and fun. I especially enjoyed Thomas’ smug facial expressions and the increasing damage in the background as the grownups try to regain control of the situation.
The repetition and humor make for a great read aloud.
This was such a fun book to read.
