A strange and fascinating storyline.
Akira and his friends continue their travels, crossing off items on their Bucket List as they go and (rather halfheartedly) looking for a way to stop the zombie apocalypse. This time they set their sights on reaching Hokkaido and the northernmost tip of Japan. During their travels, they find refuge in an abandoned hotel with a strange secret.
I really enjoyed this one. Humor, adventure, and some seriously strange happenings.
Definitely a fun story. The dialog debating the lines between humanity and AI was interesting. And I’ve been enjoying how much Akira has grown as a character since visiting his parents.
Artwork is great as always. Nice mix of humor, horror, and action.
Gotta say, this is probably my favorite cover art so far.
Also features a bonus comic crossover with Alice in Borderland.
Looking forward to more adventures as the crew continues to work through their Bucket List.
