I listened to the audiobook, which was narrated by David Tennant, another plus. Even if you don’t know who that is, you should probably listen to this book because he is by far the best audiobook reader I have ever had the privilege of listening to.

This was all around an amazing listening experience. I am sad that my library does not have the second book. I will try to wait patiently for it.

Note: apparently there are some great illustrations in the book. Unfortunately, the audiobook does not include a PDF of the illustrations as many audiobooks do. So you kind of miss out on that, which is why I just added the paperback to my Amazon list. Gotta start earning those gift cards.

Regardless, this is a superb fantasy story filled with magic, sprites, and crazy adventures. I loved every moment of it. Highly recommend. This is easily my favorite book that I had read this year.
